Recording studio and music production company
The Office Manager will oversee the overall office operations for the studio and provide administrative and HR support, handling a wide range of leadership-related tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations and efficiency of the office,
- Provide support to the administrative management team, anticipate needs, follow up on all details and manage confidential situations,
- Communicate, manage and resolve critical issues and risks,
- Participate in weekly meetings and help develop the agenda,
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, suppliers, building management and customers,
- Manage office orders for the studio,
- Establish a monthly budget, develop proposals, make recommendations and oversee execution. Improve cost control,
- Manage events for Studio, including sessions, meetings and all staff team building events,
- Manage the office floor, ensure the accuracy of assignment costs with an accounting focus,
- Apply all back office processes and policies. Apply very high standards,
- Create and manage configuration for all new employees. Supervise and manage all aspects of employee relocations with a focus on human resources on a daily basis,
- Calendar management, including scheduling appointments across multiple time zones, video conferences,
- Screen incoming calls and welcome guests,
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience required (music industry preferred),
- Baccalaureate preferred,
- Knowledge of Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required,
- High computer skills with knowledge of the G.
- Ability to multitask and meet pressure deadlines,
- Flexibility with schedules,
- Knowledge of and interest in music (recording and mixing equipment preferred),
- Very organized, very neat, excellent people management skills,
- Fast learner,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
